The easiest way to begin the design process is to complete our design request form. Simply tell us the approximate sized plaque you are looking for and the wording you would like on the plaque – we’ll take it from there.

Tip: Plaques are priced primarily by the overall size of the plaque - please keep that in mind when requesting a plaque design - we will always attempt to quote our recommended minimum size for any plaque.

One of our designers will prepare a full color rendering of your plaque and email it to you with a price quote within one or two business days depending on the complexity of your request - there is no cost and no obligation for this professional design service!

If you have any specific border style you would like to see or if you see some design ideas from our picture galleries, please let us know in the comment box and we’ll do our best to incorporate those into your plaque design. You can make any changes you like to this proposed drawing.
