May 31, 2022 update: when the cemetery installed my wife’s plaque, they failed to install the screws that attach the plaque to the round plastic cup that holds the flower urn when it is turned upside down. I discovered that overtime the cup shifted and I couldn’t get the flower urn inside it.I asked International if they could tell me the size of the screws and I would just go buy them. Today, a set of screws arrived in the mail from International. These folks are absolutely amazing.”

“After the completion of a beautiful new tiled wall with side walls and corner posts fronting our property in Wahiawa, Hawaii, we wanted a top quality bronze plaque to commemorate its construction and dedication event we had scheduled ever since its conception. International Bronze Plaque Company Inc. was the most impressive and quality oriented looking website that popped up as we searched for such a manufacturer.
International Bronze’s website is very well designed and made it easy to see samples of various plaques, formats, types and sizes of script, and available border designs; and an invitation to submit a text, choose a size and border and receive a price quotation within no more than a day or so. I specified an approximate size, chose a border design, typed out my text for each line of type, and submitted it for a price quotation.
Based on the examples I had seen on the website, I expected that the price quotation would seriously dampen my hopes that something of this quality could be created within the price range that I felt we could afford. I must say, however, that I was truly shocked to find that the cost of this plaque would be FAR less than what I had expected! I was even more amazed when the plaque arrived. Though only eight by twelve inches, it weighed eight pounds and arrived with all the necessary hardware to mount it onto a concrete wall covered in porcelain tile. The quality and workmanship was absolutely dazzling, and it truly complements the artful and stunning design and construction of the wall itself.
There was one small casting flaw, a comma that appeared to be missing but was actually there but insufficiently raised to show up when the lettering was polished to its gleaming gold sheen. Carly, our Customer Service representative for the company, quickly saw the problem, and directed the Foundry to completely redo another casting of the plaque. This was not really necessary, as the flaw was minor and probably not even noticeable to most people, but International Bronze truly demands perfection in their artful creations, and so did it all over again.
We thank International bronze for its ability to create such magnificent work for such such reasonable prices, and thank Carly for her truly caring and devoted Customer Service. This company absolutely deserves its one hundred percent five star rating!!”
